Well, there was the Solstice on that day.

Generally though, it's often considered to be an end to their calendar much like the New Years Eve is the last day.

This almost makes me want to relearn the Egyptian calendar...

As for resolutions, I always do what needs done. Planning them ahead of time just ends up more daunting and then people fail.

It will be funny when it doesn't end. hahaha

It's one year away from 21, which I hear is the true age of adulthood.

Because! It's that in between age - like 17. Nothing particularly amazing happens to them law/society-wise.

As if the law stops kids from doing anything anyway. xP
