I dislike all messengers. xP I used to prefer lengthy emails. IM only dumbed down my writing ability!
I just wish ONE would would come out and EVERYONE would use it. So I don't have to have 5 downloaded just to do everything I want to do. X.x

Pidgin is what I use for the most part. It allows me to connect to other IM services (so they don't have to switch!), but doesn't have webcam or mic functionality.
