Under influence is DUI.

depends on the State you're in. I''ve heard several different acronyms for such things.

In any case, appearance wise, I could have passed for a 20 year old in sixth grade. Near the last few months of sixth grade, I had people asking me to buy beer for them because they thought I could get away with just showing up and not getting carded. Not that I did, mind you. O-o

And Brinck, they do?? I'd be most interested to hear what sort of other acronyms they use for driving under the influence~

DWI = Driving while intoxicated / impaired.

I was answering the question with the point that looking like a sixth grader would in fact make you look like you were driving without insurance. As sixth graders aren't usually insured to drive. Ta da!

Sammy... I come on here late at night and can't always think straight. I'm sure they do, and I know Cali has DUI and DUII (or something equally weird)
