I'd prefer quality over taste. Then again, I'm likely going to end up vegan one of these days. xD That's seriously going to murder the "taste" of my foods. xDquater wrote:Food doesn't have to be good but it's pretty highly recommended!
I like to think they're there for self preservation, much like our sense of smell is.Ayame wrote:Again, I'll be brief.
Nutrition is good....
But TASTE BUDS ARE THERE FOR A REASON
Besides, why take nasty-tasting food if you can find tastier ones with just the same amount of nutrition? Trust me, if you're a bargain hunter like me, you find out those things that your parents refuse to tell you as a child~
XD
Eating raw vegan food used to be much simpler back before stores. Just go through the forest, pick out and eat what you want along the way. Maybe pick up a bit more for the friends and family in the village. Maybe even bring them along with once their old enough. Show them what's good to eat, what to watch out for, and they could carry stuff too!quater wrote:If raw veganism is outrageously expensive, perhaps it's because its unnatural and if its unnatural, maybe it's not as healthy as perceived? If you have to eat outrageous amounts to make up for what you're losing by choosing raw veganism, hint hint, that's not a good diet plan.
xD No problem. There's bound to be a source of something most veggies offer in other fruits, after all. O-oAyame wrote:Well, for veggies, which I hate, I think I'd prefer getting nutrition from fruits. After all, they DO taste better.
It's unfortunate. xP But hey, not everyone's after healthy food. xP There's actually a place somewhere here in the states where they only serve food that'll likely induce a heart attack. xDBrinckmyster wrote:All it takes is research. Luna - they do? I want to go out and do that! We're not even allowed to drink the water in the mountains out here anymore - we're supposed to filter it first.
