- Greeting to all my military men and women!
As some of you know, Commander Quater is going on a trip and will be gone for nearly a week. (If you did not know, well, now you do!) Commander Yoyo has also informed me that she will be unable to perform her usual duties during that time. (Commander Banouin will be doing all their duties while they are on leave.) These two are the most active here, so their sudden absence has produced in my mind a brilliant idea. While they are gone, there will be, how do you phrase it... A posting competition!
From December 29th to January 3rd, post as much as you possibly can. Anybody who passes one of these commanders in posts will receive a special prize. Anybody who passes both of them will receive a prize so amazing that they will die of excitement when they receive it. The sooner you reach these milestones, the better the prize. (They told me what you will get for prizes; you want them, trust me. I want them and I'm Shogun!) Anybody who is able to come within 200 posts of either one will receive a compensation prize of 5,000 ryo.
Because the military is lacking in soldiers, there will also be a recruitment competition while they are away. Commander Yoyo mentioned to me that some of you may be more familiar with what it is if I call it a "Kage Prostitution Ring." (That makes no sense, however, so I will call it the "Commander Prostitution Ring" or CPR for short.) If there is a growth of thirty members during Quater and Yoyo's leave time, they have promised that one of them will make a video for those who participate. Vote in the poll here to decide who will make the video. To keep track of recruits, please post your recruits here (preferably in one post).
Both of these competitions will start on December 29th and end at midnight (EST) January 3rd. (I suppose that makes it the 24th hour, doesn't it?) You have been given a day to prepare so make the most of it. (Please note that only recruits gained the 29th and after count.)

It is my pleasure to announcement that Commander Yoyo has returned from leave and Commander Quater will return in the next day. This also means that the missions that I sent you out on several days ago has now come to an end. The results are as follows:

Sadly, there was no recruitment done during this time. It is disappointing, but expected of brand new soldiers. Hopes are the next month yield better results. The posting competition was admittedly difficult, but Shadowed Glass came within 200 posts of Quater and has thus been awarded. There were many valiant efforts made on this front.
Congratulations to Shadowed Glass for her success and a hearty pat on the back to those who tried.
