Cardcaptor Sakura.
Season 1+2: This series is about a Magical book called "The Clow", named after Clow Reed, who was a powerful sorcerer in ancient Japan. Sakura, our main character, comes across the book, and has the magical powers to unlock the sealed book. When she does, she picks up the first card, "The Windy". As she says its name, the magic activates, causing a great gust of wind, releasing the Clow Cards. Kero, The first guardian of the book, that of the sun, makes Sakura a Card Captor, and has to find, and capture all the Clow Cards back.
Along the way, Shaoran (Aka Lee) Comes into the picture, also after the Clow Cards. The two are rivals at first, but eventually end up helping each other along the way.
Season 3: This revolves around Sakura turning all the Clow Cards into "Sakura" Cards. If she does not, then the Clow Cards will turn into ordinary cards. So, the powers, along with the spirit within, would be lost forever. A unforeseen foe puts her through constant challenges to help her create the Sakura Cards.
Tora Dora: Romantic Comedy. This series revolves around the lives of 5 characters, showing their funny adventures, ridiculous situations, and, as in all Romantic Comedies, the drama.
Taiga, a short girl with long, blonde hair is one of the 5 characters, and, practicably, the most important character of the series. As her stepmother can't stand her, she lives on her own. She gained the nickname "Palmtop Tiger" because of her short stature, and her ability to whoop your ass down to the ground.
Minori is a close friend of Taiga. She is a very athletic and sturdy person. She tends to hop from part time jobs, seen in a multitude of places, working there. She can have completely airhead moments, but she sees people's true feelings and sees them for who they truly are. She likes being scared.
Ryūji, Main Character number 2. He is seen as a delinquent due to his eyes, which intimidate people. He is a very kind person, and is anything but as people see him. Minori sees his kind side, and is friends with him. As the series goes along, him and Taiga get close. First, he is Taiga's slave. But as the series goes on, they grow to be more then just master and slave. A line he states in the anime is brought back up over and over again. "The dragon is the only one to equal the Tiger" (Not exact words). Its a important line, due to him referring to himself as the Dragon, and Taiga as the Tiger.

Fairy Tail: Fairy Tail takes place in a world of magic. It revolves after groups of people known as guilds, the main one being Fairy Tail. The kinds of magics vary to all sorts of categories, such as......
Maker Magic - The magic of a select element which allows the user to use magic to create different kinds of attacks and defenses. Another difference is whether the magic used is animate, or stasis. Basically, whether it can move or not. A good example would be Grey and Lyon. Grey uses magics such as "Ice Maker Shield", and "Ice Maker Hammer". Both are inanimate moves. Lyon is able to create moving ice spells, such as Hawks, or even bears. A fact about the magic is that it will perform much better with the use of both hands, even if a person can use it with one hand.
Celestial Magic: The ability to use "keys", which unlock a gate to bring forth Spirit creatures. Once a Celestial mage has summoned forth a spirit for the first time, they make a contract, as to when the spirit prefers to be summoned, granting the summoner the privilege to summon them, and so forth. The mages themselves don't tend to fight, leaving it to the spirits. Twelve golden keys unlock the gates to that of the Zodiac spirits, the twelve most powerful spirits. Other then those keys, there is a huge variety of spirits. Some can even be called "pets".
Dragon Slayer Magic: A "extinct" magic. People with Dragon Slayer Magic tend to have had contact with a dragon, and had the power bestowed on them. Depending on the type of dragon the Dragon Slayer receives his power from changes different aspects of it. With a Fire dragon, the Dragon Slayer will be able to use fire upon their bodies, and "eat" fire to regain energy. With a Iron Dragon, the Dragon Slayer can turn their body into that of iron, and eat metal to gain its energy back. As with Poison. However, The Air Dragon is a bit different. The Dragon Slayer gains healing abilities, such as healing wounds, or curing poisons. Just like the ones before, it eats its element to regain energy, which is the air.
Re-equip Magic: This is more of a summoning magic in perspective. This magic allows the user to summon forth, and dismiss weapons and armor to the best of their ability. They can also manipulate the weapons, if within their power. The magic could do something as simple as switching guns, to equipping the user with Heavy armor with select weapons. The magic's strength lies on the ability to change to what you need to fit the situation, such as equipping a more powerful gun, summoning a more appropriate weapon, or using a helpful set of armor, such as one that reduces the damage taken from fire attacks, or straight to cloth armor.
In very Basic summery, Fairy Tail revolves around the adventures of the Guild 'Fairy Tail', usually taking place with 5 Characters.
Natsu: A Dragon Slayer who's power is that of fire. Easily gets motion Sickness.
Happy: A cat with the ability to grow wings on his back, and fly around. Tends to be carefree, and a bit selfish, if it comes to things like fish.
Lucy: A Celestial mage, and the newest person of the group. Ran away from her rich family, and us usually dragged into hair-brained Schemes by Natsu.
Grey: User of Ice Maker Magic. Clashes with Natsu, and has a subconscious habit of stripping in public.
Erza: Uses the magic of Re-equipment. She tends to be very serious about things including the amount of luggage she brings with her. Natsu wishes to defeat her in a battle one day. However, most of Fairy Tail fear and respect her. Natsu and Grey fear her. Even their hatred to each other will be put aside to please Erza.
