Magic is available to those who wish to sell their soul to the devil (read: grovel before the highly racist Demons). Other than this, they are a pretty standard race.
Demons
Not native to Meia, Demons are a red-skined, white-haired race. They range in size from one foot to seven. Their primary fighting style is with their magic, primarily geared toward destruction. They are, as a general rule, highly racist. Demons are governed by a Warlord in a country far to the east of Meia. They have an average lifespan of 500 years.
Shad'r
Shad'r are a race of creatures around three feet tall. They have purple skin and white hair. They have no magic or physical strength to aid them. They must rely on their keen eyesight and agile bodies to help them when caught in a fight. Wanderers, it is rare to see more than a couple of Shad'r in a single location. There is no overarching political system governing the Shad'r outside the laws of Meia. They have an average lifespan of 600 years.
